Occupational Therapist Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive and emotional needs of patientsAssessing home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needsProviding patient and caregiver educationAccurate and timely documentationAbout us:
