The Stock Control Associate in Receiving has a strong work ethic, with an attention to detail, motivation and exceeds customer expectations by accurate work and high productivity, while performing key responsibilities based on assigned job function.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer's expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy
•Strictly adheres to all posted procedures
•Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, which are measured against the number of unscheduled missed hours. Must be at work on time. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
•Demonstrates a positive "team" oriented demeanor and approach toward work assignments. Contributes to ongoing success of the entire warehouse team by willingly accepting and embracing "other duties as required" along with willingness to help the department as a whole
•Actively cross-trains in other areas, as required, outside of a primary job function

The following summarizes the key job accountabilities to be performed:
Receives very small to bulky product from pallets, cartons and bags
Verifies part numbers, quantities, date codes, lot codes, and country of origins against packing list and part labels.
Reads and follows specific supplier and product label information
Enters product information into the Warehouse Computer System
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
•Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred)
•Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math
•Able to read and understand instructions in English
•Strong quality and productivity orientation
•Able to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders)
•May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred)
•Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
•Ability to work overtime and weekends
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Prior warehouse experience preferred

For the Stock Control Associate - Receiving position, there are 3 levels.
Level 1 is considered entry level.
Level 2 may be achieved by maintaining an error rate less than 1000 PPM and average of 85% of the goal for activity per hour.
Level 3 may be achieved by maintaining an error rate less than 500 PPM and average of 100% of the goal for activity per hour.
