We are currently seeking a responsible Line Cook to fill a position in our kitchen. This is a full time position which requires both Friday and Saturday availability. The expected hours are from 2pm to 11pm.
Duties Include
· Daily production of fresh product
· Execute timely and beautiful plates during dinner service
· Keep a clean and sanitized station at all times
· Rotate, date and label all products
· Report directly to the Chef
· Maintain the station throughout the day
