As a Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patients' condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
