Job Details

We are currently looking to add attorneys to our team in New York, specifically within our Private Credit practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in corporate legal work, particularly focusing on private credit transactions. The role involves working with a variety of institutional investors, private credit funds, direct lenders, and investment banks on matters such as corporate finance, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and recapitalizations.

Experience in the following areas is preferred:

Structuring and executing traditional first lien, second lien, unitranche, and subordinated loan transactionsManaging structured equity investments, including non-traditional preferred stock financingsHandling equity co-investments

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong academic background, and be admitted to the New York State Bar.
