About The Role:We’re looking for people with a strong technical background and a passion for building products, not just features. This is not a management but a full-time hands-on position: you will spend the majority of your time coding.

As an engineer at Patterned Learning AI, you will:Design, build and maintain Patterned Learning AI products, services, and featuresWrite technical design docs and customer-facing documentationCarry out code reviewsAddress customer issuesBuild tooling to monitor and analyze Patterned Learning AI services, both in terms of performance and securityTake part in the on-call rotaCoordinate your work with our frontend engineers and designersHave broad exposure to our entire architecture

Patterned Learning AI is remote-first and we offer flexible working arrangements to help our team manage their daily lives in the way that works best for them.
