Equity Residential Services, LLC has an opening for a Senior Product Manager (full-time) in Chicago, IL.

Duties:Collaborate with business and technology teams to continuously build, refine, and evolve the data and analytics product roadmap.Manage and drive data and analytics projects, including prioritization, on-time delivery, communicating trade-offs, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.Envision and build the next generation of product features for mobile, web, and other platforms as needed, focusing on delivering the best and most relevant information to end users.Serve as a product spokesperson and subject matter expert to the broader organization.Lead cross-functional teams (such as engineering, operations, finance) to drive the execution of product strategy and deliver measurable value to the business.Continuously evaluate the performance of the product portfolio and make recommendations for improvement to increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and impact.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and bring new ideas and approaches to the product roadmap and strategy.

Minimum Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign educational equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field plus 5 years of experience in Product Management or related role in the following:Working with engineering teams to build and deliver end-to-end data products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms.Agile methodologies, including managing feature backlog, and development sprints.Analytics experience including front end (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL.Navigating competing product and technical priorities, including identifying options, trade-offs, and achieving consensus at all levels for your recommended approach.Creating business workflows, user workflow diagrams, and clear UI mockups to define both existing and future system functionality.Defining, implementing, and mentoring others in Program/Product Management methodologies and tactics.
