Senior Director, Market Business is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share in an assigned area. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and telecommunications, who can inspire teams and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.Mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Establish sales processes and best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings.Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Monitor and report on financial performance, adjusting strategies to meet financial goals.Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing.Participate in executive leadership meetings to provide insights and recommendations.Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications
