• 7:30 - 4:30 (M - F), No Call
  
• Must have Adult Outpatient and Pediatric-General Outpatient skills
  
• Provider must be local (no flights).
  
• Must have vaccination records (Flu, COVID, TB/ QuantiFeron Test, Hep B, MMR, Vacirella. TDAP)
• EMR: Healthland
  
• DEA and MI license is required
