Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled travel nurse to join our team in Mount Vernon, Washington.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week contract position requiring 36 hours of work per week, with 12-hour night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in med surg/telemetry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and record data from medical technologies and equipment
• Administer medication and perform treatment interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts accordingly
