Our growing firm is currently in search of a seasoned trusts and estates attorney with over 5 years of experience as a senior attorney. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing a heavy caseload, be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and have extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of junior attorneys and paralegals. This position is remote, with our main office located in San Diego.Responsibilities: Drafting estate planning documentsHandling probate and trust administration cases from start to finishSupervising more junior team membersManaging client relationshipsAssisting with business development initiativesQualifications: Able to work independently while handling multiple filesAt least five years of estate planning and trust administration experienceCompletion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as a 3-year law degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to local and state bar associationsPersuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skillsCompensation: $180,000 - $200,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
