Overview
Visual Merchandising Coordinator
Assist in daily activities to aide in management of retail visual merchandising for all Landry's concepts. Support manager with daily tasks to support business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of visual standard of operations and assist in ensuring stores adhere to these guidelines.
  • Create and manage seasonal and quarterly signage.
  • Assist in fixture and supply sourcing.
  • Create purchase orders, setup new vendors, and submit and track project invoices.
  • Assist in resolution of issues sent to Retail Support portal
  • Assist in the creation of store planograms and floorplans
  • Assist in the evaluation of in-store visual merchandising execution, implementing techniques to enhance the product presentation and floor sets.
  • Collaborate with inner department members to identify opportunities to enhance visual presentation and implement plans to drive results.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stores, providing guidance on visual merchandising execution and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Partner with vendors to obtain in store fixtures, collateral and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment across retail marketing efforts.
  • Manage monthly content calendar outlining strategies and planned posts.
  • Communication with store managers and support team
  • Prepare for & participate in OOO with supervisor
  • Execute special projects as required
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop), Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
  • 1-2 years retail experience
