Job Title

West Coast Trial Lawyers seeks a litigation professional with at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn and work in a team environment where growth is driven by effort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury matters from inception to trial.
• Serve as liaison between clients and assigned attorney.
• Communicate with opposing counsel.
• Manage attorney's calendar, adhering to California Code of Civil Procedure deadlines.
• Process high-volume litigation cases.
• Prepare court filings and updates for clients and case files.
• Propound discovery and prepare subpoenas.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents for review.

Requirements:

• 1 year of litigation experience.
• Full-time office availability (Monday - Friday).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to work one-on-one with the handling attorney and within a team setting.
• Easily adapt to fast-paced work environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Preferences:

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Knowledge of legal software programs (Filevine, Abacus Law, Clio, etc.).
• Preparing trial binders/exhibit binders.
