About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. As part of the Johns Hopkins Medicine system, we feature a 26-bed Level III NICU and serve as a regional perinatal center in southeast Baltimore City.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries and care for NICU patients
• Be a member of our Pediatric Code Team
• Engage in research, education, mentoring, and patient safety initiatives

Requirements

• MSN/DNP from an accredited nursing program or equivalent training for Physician Assistants
• Active Maryland RN and Neonatal CRNP licenses or appropriate Physician Assistant certifications
• BLS, CPR, and NRP certifications
• At least 3 years of NICU RN experience required for new graduate NNPs

Compensation

Minimum $58.60 per hour - Maximum $90.83 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
