You must have an active California bar license and at least four (4) years of complex litigation experience in practice, ideally in both state and federal court, to be qualified for consideration. Solid academic credentials are highly preferred, in addition to a solid foundation in litigation skills, including legal research, legal drafting, arguing motions, making court appearances, propounding and responding to discovery, trial preparation and taking/defending depositions. The firm focuses on highly complex commercial litigation matters, both substantively and procedurally. Any prior experience handling real estate, business disputes, IP, and/or related matters is highly preferred.Expectations

This is an on-site opportunity in West Los Angeles with some flexibility as needed.
