3+ years of

broad employment litigation experience , particularly management side.Strong background in

employment counseling , defending wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases.No labor experience is required, but would be a bonus.MA Bar is preferred, but candidates who can quickly waive in will be considered.Path to equity partnership

and future client opportunities as senior attorneys transition to retirement.Hybrid flexibility with 3 in-office days (you can choose your schedule).Associates bill around 1800 hours on average, with

no set billable requirement .Competitive salary
