Valle Verde is seeking an exceptional Director of Sales to lead and inspire our residents and team members in achieving their Best Life.DescriptionPlan, direct and coordinate efforts of sales team members toward accomplishment of sales objectives. Responsible for maintaining CRM system and ensuring leads are divided among sales counselors and themselves. Responsible for meeting budgeted occupancy targets both via personal sales and those of the team. Ensure maximum sales volume at minimum cost. Provides information and recommendations to the Executive Director, Senior Management team and community leadership regarding sales activity. Provides feedback and suggestions as to areas of the campus to ensure marketability. Accountable to meet budgeted calls, appointments and sales goals for self and team. Supervise the team members of the community sales department. Performs duties in support of the mission to ensure the highest quality in an economically sound and efficient manner.To be successful in this role you would have:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other applicable degree; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.5+ years experience in residential sales, long-term care, independent living, assisted living or healthcare setting.Current/prior experience networking, conducting tours, and making sales presentations to prospective residents.Leading and coordinating marketing events to build community awareness and engagement is preferred.Current/prior experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM systems.Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and other community leaders.Valid driver’s license.What's in it for you?As one of the largest nonprofit owner/operators of senior living communities in the country, we are more than just a place to work.
