Familiarity with long-term care and/or healthcare services useful.Travel required to local Community Centers and Hospitals.To succeed you will:Ensure protected health information is kept confidential.Communicate ideas to improve customer services.Participate in staff meetings, department meetings, and other center meetings and sit on required committees.Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales calls to qualified referral sources.Develop pre-call plans and utilize the impact sales process to obtain referrals.Enter all sales calls activity and results into SAMS.Demonstrate a working knowledge of the industry, served market area, and major referral sources.Promotion/PR/Advertising responsibilities.Participate in the planning and coordination of facility events such as seminars, where referral sources are invited to attend.Appropriately use and incorporate collateral and promotional materials during customer interactions.INDHP
