Shift: Nights 6:45P-7:15A; No call requirements

**$75/hr. bill rate approved

**ASN required, BSN preferred

**PALS required

**VENTILATOR, CRITICAL CARE DRIP KNOWLEDGE required

** 1-2 Years' Experience Minimum IMCU or ICU hospital experience

**EMR: Cerner

Scope of Role:

Care for critically ill and unstable patients which may include:

Alcohol withdrawal

Anaphylaxis

CVA or other neurological injuries

DKA

Complicated GI Bleed

Post-op interventional cardiac procedures – coronary stents, intra-aortic balloon pump, Impella devise

Post cardiac catheterization patients with sheaths in place

Vascular Surgery – abdominal aortic aneurysm, Peripheral vascular bypass, etc.

Acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction

Respiratory failure

Types of treatment/procedures and services may include:

Vasoactive and/or anti-arrhythmic infusion titration

Mechanical ventilation

Cardioversion

Transesophageal echocardiogram

Pulmonary artery pressure monitoring

Hypothermia care

Femostop for hemostasis

Prolonged Intermittent Renal Replacement Therapy
