Education/Licensure/Certification Requirements:1. American Registry of Radiology Technicians (ARRT) certification2. Minimum of one-year fluoroscopy experience3. BLS certificationPreferred:1. ASC experience2. American Registry of Radiology Technicians (ARRT) certification3. Ability to work in other areas of the center

Main FunctionOperates imaging equipment and performs diagnostic X-rays (if applicable) on patients as ordered by the physician and under the physician's guidance. Assists in preparing the operating/procedure rooms, as needed. Documents duration of radiation, tests equipment weekly, examines protective X-ray aprons for integrity and documents the results of tests/examinations. Maintains all necessary documentation, logs, equipment reports, etc. related to the radiology services offered at the center.About Becker Health/MedHQ
