Job Details:

Pay: $ 2720 per week

Travel - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Open: 1

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day

8-4:30 M-F

Facility Setting: Outpatient mostly some MS and aRU

Number of beds in your facility: 75 bed Acute care hospital

What is the work schedule for this position: Tuesday Through Saturday - Day shift

EMR for your facility: Epic

Scrub colors / dress code: black scrubs

Parking Location: On site

Requirements:

Active Unrestricted OK License

Active BLS via American Heart Association

Preferred experience level? Must have CCC

Years of Experience REQ: 1year

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Ortho, Neuro preferred but not required

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, Amputee, Ortho

Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
