The

Chief of Staff

will play a

key leadership role

in optimizing

workforce operations, remote team coordination, and executive strategy execution . This individual will be responsible for

improving scheduling, communication, and alignment

across departments, ensuring

seamless collaboration between remote employees, field teams, and executive leadership .This

high-impact

role requires a

strategic thinker, strong communicator, and operations expert

who can enhance team productivity while supporting executive decision-making.Key Responsibilities

Workforce & Remote Team Management

Develop and implement

efficient workforce management strategies

to enhance productivity and collaboration among remote and field teams.Oversee

employee scheduling , ensuring optimal resource allocation across projects.Implement tools and best practices to

improve communication, task tracking, and reporting

for remote employees.Serve as the

central coordinator

between executive leadership, project teams, and administrative staff.Establish

KPIs and performance metrics

for remote workforce engagement and efficiency.Operational & Executive Support

Streamline

internal workflows

to improve efficiency and

decision-making

at the executive level.Manage

cross-functional initiatives , ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with company goals.Support

CEO and leadership team

in

strategic planning, project execution, and issue resolution .Conduct

data analysis

to provide

actionable insights

on team performance, scheduling efficiency, and project timelines.Scheduling & Resource Coordination

Oversee

company-wide scheduling , ensuring seamless coordination across different departments and time zones.Optimize

workforce allocation

across multiple projects, anticipating staffing needs and availability.Leverage

technology

(e.g., scheduling software, workforce management tools) to improve coordination.Ensure scheduling policies support

operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee work-life balance .Culture & Team Engagement

Develop

programs

to enhance engagement and collaboration among

remote teams .Foster a

strong company culture

that supports

remote and hybrid work models .Lead initiatives that improve

employee retention, satisfaction, and overall morale .Qualifications

7+ years of experience

in workforce management, business operations, or strategic leadership ( renewable energy sector experience a plus ).Proven ability to

manage remote teams, optimize workforce scheduling, and implement operational efficiencies .Strong

analytical skills

with experience in

workforce optimization, scheduling tools, and productivity tracking .Exceptional

communication and leadership skills , with experience collaborating across multiple departments and geographies.Ability to

problem-solve, manage complex initiatives, and drive efficiency improvements .Experience working with

project management software
