*Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens OpportunityPosition Overview*

A hospital-based anesthesia team is seeking an *experienced CRNA* to join for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. This position offers *flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a high-acuity case mix*. The CRNA will be an integral part of a *large, high-volume surgical team*, working across multiple procedural areas. The ideal candidate is comfortable with *trauma cases* and is willing to take *weekend and weeknight call responsibilities*.

*Position Details*
* *Start Date:* As soon as credentialing is complete (approximately 90 days)
* *Assignment Length:* Ongoing locum tenens contract
* *Schedule:* Mix of *8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts* (full-time candidates only)
* *Call Schedule:*
* *Weekend Call:* 24-hour beeper call from *7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (Saturday or Sunday)*
* *Weeknight Call:* At least *one call shift per week*
* *Post-call policy:* Sunday Call 1 providers receive Monday off; Call 2 providers do not receive post-call time off
* *Operating Room Coverage:* *17 main ORs, 7 day surgery centers (DSC), plus specials, cath labs, endoscopy, and radiology*
* *EMR System:* *Epic*
* *Patient Demographics:* *Primarily adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients (90%+ are over age 12)*
* *CRNA Responsibilities:*
* *Trauma-focused cases*
* *Spinal blocks only* (no regional anesthesia)
* *Ability to work independently*

*Qualifications & Experience Requirements*
* *Active state CRNA license preferred*
* *NBCRNA certification required*
* *DEA and CSR required*
* *BLS certification required*
* *Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination*
* *Ability to work independently and handle OB care and regional anesthesia preferred*

Job Types: Full-time, Locum tenens

Pay: $195.00 - $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
