*Position Summary for RN Supervisor*
Responsible for supervision of the RN nursing team. The RN Supervisor will provide or coordinate the provision of support to patients and also assist with in-service training, direction, and supervision to staff.

*Position Responsibilities for RN Supervisor*
* Ensures the facility and staff provide an environment of care that supports the principles of patient centered care.
* Is responsible for the day to day supervision of the nursing and clinical support staff
* Oversees the daily flow of administrative tasks including: patient scheduling, team assignments, coverage for lunch & breaks, room assignments, & medication dispensary.
* Ensures compliance with all infection control and environment of care regulations.

*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE for RN Supervisor*
* *Education: *Associates or Bachelor's RN degree.
* *Certification: *Current RN license is required. CPR is a plus.
* *Experience*: Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
