Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide telehealth services to a K-12 school district in California. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful impact on patients lives. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering occupational therapy in a virtual setting or a strong willingness to adapt to telehealth practices.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions via telehealth.
Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies for daily living activities.
Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance patient engagement and progress tracking.
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California (Required).
Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
2 years of experience working with students in a K-12 setting.
Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy services (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a virtual caseload.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and digital therapy tools.
