Wise Medical Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), to pick up a contract in Long-Term Care in the areas surrounding Wahoo and David City, NE!

Job Types: Contract (3 or 4 12 hr shifts per week, for 12 weeks

Salary: $40-45 per hour

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Must have a valid license/certification in the state of NE (compact licensing a plus)
Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience
Current CPR or BLS certificate
Must clear background checks and pre-employment drug screening
Experience in documenting and/or charting desired
Physically able to perform job duties

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Administer care in a long-term care environment under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or supervisor
Participate in the delivery and evaluation of patient care
Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients according to facility guidelines
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Perform a variety of tasks and work under general supervision
Documenting and/or Charting, according to facility specifications
