POSITION SUMMARY:
Our factory in Crete, Nebraska stands as one of the largest manufacturers in the area and one of the largest wet pet food manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Together, we proudly produce over one thousand tons of pet food per day, including renowned brands such as Alpo®, Nestlé Purina ONE®, Pro Plan®, Friskies®, and Nestlé Purina Veterinary Diets®. We also do our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Situated just 25 miles from the factory, the city of Lincoln offers convenience to many of our associates who prefer the amenities of larger city living. They embrace the short commute from Lincoln to the quainter city of Crete, where our factory thrives.
As a Shag Driver, you’ll properly move and spot trailers while operating a motorized vehicle in a safe and correct method as prescribed by company policy.

This position is on 3rd shift (11pm-7am) and will work a 12/2 schedule (Monday-Friday + every other Saturday/Sunday).
Perform daily maintenance check of shag trucks and trailers and complete written report that is turned into Team Leader
Carry out daily yard check as directed for loaded and empty trailers
Move all trailers as directed
Keep equipment clean and orderly and assist with general housekeeping to maintain food safety standards
Execute daily activities using PINC software
Comply with all Nestlé and plant-specific policies
Requirements
Must have a valid Class A CDL License
1+ year of experience driving a commercial trailer/truck
Other
Must be able and willing to work the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Monday- Friday and every other weekend)

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $32.07. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
