*Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Manager*



\*This is a supervisor role and traveler will report to JMC SPD manager\*

Monday - Friday with rotating weekends

REQUIRED:
2 Years of SPD Supervisor experience required. HARD STOP
1 year supervisor AND 1 or more years as lead would also be considered if no other leadership experience.
\*\*Need leadership at a level I trauma center\*\*


Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of operational or technical employees. A portion of time may be spent performing individual tasks related to the unit; however, supervisory activities must constitute a primary part of the job.
Coordinates schedules and assigns work. Ensures assignments are completed and timelines are met. Responsible for work quality ensuring sterile processing protocols are followed. Provides input to management on personnel issues and daily operations.
Consults with management on daily operations, providing input on process productivity and quality improvements.

• Intuitive
• Impress
• Steris Steam Sterilizers, VPRO, Cart Washer/Disinfector
• Ultrasonic
• Neonates and Infants experience

Pay: $70.00 - $71.00 per hour
