Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results. Your work will directly impact the health and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Specimen Processing and Testing: Handle and process specimens, perform complex laboratory tests, and analyze results.
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to quality control procedures, document results, and identify and resolve issues.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
Data Management: Accurately record and maintain patient data, test results, and quality control records.
Customer Service: Interact with clients and other laboratory personnel to answer questions and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
Education: BS in Medical Technology preferred, or BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, or Associate's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Technology. Foreign-educated candidates must provide a detailed credential evaluation.
Experience: 1 year of clinical laboratory experience in high-complexity testing preferred.
Certifications: National certification as an MT/MLT from a recognized organization (ASCP or AMT).
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and knowledge of laboratory information systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
Night Shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM), Friday through Sunday
