Pay Range : $25.92 per hour or 25% Commission or $300 flat for New or Used vehicle sold. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
Job Responsibilities: Answer request via phone and email
- Attend to the phone lines at all times in a friendly and prompt manner - reservations and general questions
- Book and enter car reservations
- Make recommendations based on customer needs
- Upsell the product that we have
- Apply customer focused sales techniques to determine customer needs and offer additional options and/or services to enhance their experience.
- Be knowledgeable on vehicle fleet and be able to provide any additional information necessary regarding option and/or additional services offered.
- Assist customers by effectively responding to or resolving customer service issues.
- Perform other customer related duties to ensure our service exceeds customer expectations.
- Follow up with potential clients
- Provide accurate information
- Meet monthly department goals- sales, revenue
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with your peers and customers

- Responds to online inquiries from potential customers and engage in online sales activities, such as live chats, emails, and phone calls to provide product information, answer questions, and Drive internet traffic into the dealership and close and finalize the deals
