Salary: $15 - $18 per hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities:

• Sushi Preparation: Prepare sushi menu items to order within specified time frames, ensuring adherence to Bento's quality standards and national food safety regulations.
• Ingredient Management: Handle and store ingredients properly, maintaining freshness and quality.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: Assist fellow team members with tasks as needed, fostering a supportive and efficient workplace.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of culinary experience, focusing on sushi preparation.
• Skills: Proficiency in handling sushi-making tools and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Certifications: Certification from the American Culinary Federation is desired but not mandatory.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
