Job Summary

This 13-week travel nursing assignment requires a Registered Nurse with SICU experience to work in a fast-paced environment providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to critically ill patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying potential complications and taking prompt action as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to medical protocols and guidelines.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining detailed records of patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a SICU setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
