Job Title:

A Charge/Supervisory Long Term Care Registered Nurse is needed for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Windsor, Vermont.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Care setting
• Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Develop and implement effective care plans
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent Charge/Supervisory experience in Long Term Care
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• BSN degree or higher required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Vermont state license required
