Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Long Term Care

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled travel nurse for a long-term care position in Spring Grove, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse (RN) in a long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any emerging health concerns.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights.
