What Will You Do in This Role?As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will also ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems. This position is also responsible for the provision of quality laundry service.Do You Have What It Takes?A fire and passion for working with seniorsA flexible, fun, and energetic personalityHigh school diploma, or equivalent, preferredPrior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting requiredMinimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience requiredMust possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance proceduresProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skills
