Stryten Energy is part of a launch of a new company named Storion Energy. Storion is an innovative stored energy components and solutions provider focusing on LDES (Long Duration Energy Storage) flow batteries.

Storion's new production facility and operations lab is located north of Atlanta in Alpharetta, GA. This is a paid Co-Op position with the expectation students will rotate semesters between work and school. We are looking for Chemical Engineering students for a Co-Op beginning summer/fall of 2025.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and assignments may include:Working on product developmentHands on testing in the R&D LabData processing and analysisChemical Process design, control, and operation developmentKinetics determination and modelingUnit operation design/equipment specificationProcess documentationMaterial compatibility testingMany more exciting and challenging experiencesPast Co-Ops gained knowledge in experimental design (DOE), R&D processes and professional development.

Qualifications

We are looking for students:Working towards BS in Chemical EngineeringWith a GPA of 3.0 or greaterYou must have housing and transportationThe position is required to work onsite dailyOur environment is casual but professional and our Co-Ops are exposed to senior level leaders.
