As the Client/Member Service Compliance & Education you will manage the design and implementation efforts related to Quality Assurance and Training for the Client/Member Service Department. This includes ensuring that training is compliant with best practices, overseeing new hire and lifecycle training programs and processes, development of training measure to identify opportunities for improvement within the process, utilizing results to provide feedback to leadership, assisting with the development of training to improve quality. Responsibilities also include managing the training and quality assurance programs for the Multiline Contact Center, PC Billing, Membership Administration, and MRO Distribution Services.What It Takes to Join Our Team:
• College degree or equivalent plus 7 years of relevant experience is required. Contact Center and Billing experience preferred.
• Experience with PowerBI.
• Analytical, problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills required.
• Must keep current with new customer experience technologies/systems, as well as training tools and techniques use din other areas of the company.
• Must keep up-to-date regarding legislation, statutes, rules/regulations, and case law for all eight states.
• Must have experience facilitating groups, public speaking, presentation skills and coaching individuals.What We Offer You:
