Job Details

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or similar highly preferred
• 7+ years experience in IT, Support, and software
• OK with working in a 24/7 shop (office hours are 7-4)
• Systems Analysis and Deployment: Responsible for the application and deployment of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware/software requirements.
• Design and Development: Assist in design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, or modification of computer systems or programs, including proof of concept (POC).
• IT Support: Primary go-to person for all IT support catering to users locally and remote locations, handling various IT support and helpdesk requests.
• Network Administration: Manage network administration, including backup, security management, AD user accounts, O365 and M365, Exchange, Entra, and MS Admin Center.
• Documentation and Asset Management: Create and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and maintain IT Asset Management log.
