• Practice Details: 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments, Simulations, Consults, follow-ups, OTV
• Trauma level: 1
• CPR Certifications required: DEA, CSR
• Mut be Board Certiifead/Eligible in Radiation Oncology, MD or DO. Active IL license
