We are working with MBI Industrial Health in Arizona. They are seeking Occupational Medicine locum coverage at 5 different clinics: Phoenix (2), Casa Grande, Goodyear, & Mesa. Occupational Med:
• Seeking 3 10 shifts per month
• Shift times will vary:
-Monday Friday 8:3a-5p or (7a-10p)
-Saturday & Sunday (8a-12p, 8a-5p, 8a-6p)
• Must be comfortable w/ all minor procedures such as suturing and splinting
• Work related injuries (Shoulder, Back Knee), Pre-Employment Physicals, & Drug Tests
• Diagnose Ortho Injuries
• OSHA and DOT exams
• Patients per day: 15
• Must be DOT certified
• Support Staff: Center Admin, MA, X-Ray Tech, PT
• EMR: Systoc
