APPLICANTS MUST MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS 
· A minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent.
· Expertise in maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, steam heating systems, boilers, painting, and general carpentry experience.
· Basic computer skills required. Experience with Yardi software, and payroll system a plus.
· Experience supervising UNION maintenance staff of at least 10 or more REQUIRED 
- High school diploma or equivalent required
· Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
· Must have all certifications required by HPD, DOB, DHCR, NYCHA, & FDNY including but not limited to sprinkler (S12), standpipe (S13), boiler, and fire alarm (S95)

Candidate should be a hands on, self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in all facets of multifamily building maintenance. Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure. The ideal candidate should be able to supervise staff, assign work as well as take and follow directions from superiors. Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC operations is required. The candidate must have excellent references and strong customer service skills. This is a live-in Union position.
