Job Details

Our client is searching for their next attorney. They handle matters involving major transportation companies. They represent multiple large freight railroads, motor carriers, and other national and international transportation companies in both plaintiff and defense capacities.

Responsibilities:
Develop claims and defenses based on facts presented
Develop strategic direction for cases collaboratively
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda
Advocate for clients' interests in negotiations and in court
Conduct and prepare for depositions, handle discovery disputes
Negotiate settlement


Skills:
Active Pennsylvania bar license
Commercial litigation experience, federal preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
