Job Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for leading the daily operation of Cage and Player
  • Assist in development of Team Members and participates in the coaching & retention
  • Responsible for guest service, relations and disputes to assure that our guests have a favorable gaming
  • Ensure safety and security of team members and
  • Delegates duties and assigns responsibilities to Team
  • Abide by and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed to safeguard the gaming facilities assets and
  • Review Cage activities and marketing promotions with Cage & Player Services Leadership Team, then communicate and implement with frontline Team Members.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in a cashier/banking environment is preferred
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Able to obtain a state-issued racing license.
