Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Complex Logistics: Schedule and oversee multiple moving projects each day, ensuring efficient routes and optimal use of trucks and crews.
Manage Drivers & Crews: Lead and direct our team of drivers and movers, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
Ensure Seamless Service: Maintain our white-glove standards on every job, proactively resolving any issues to guarantee a smooth, high-end experience for clients.
Team Collaboration: Serve as the communication hub between clients, drivers, and internal teams (operations, warehouse, sales), keeping everyone informed and on-track.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor daily operations and identify ways to improve efficiency, safety, and service quality as we grow.
