Intermodal Dispatcher
Job Description:
Operations Dispatcher Role is a hands-on leader who will oversee the following functions for the metro area.
- Day to Day Operations
- Customer Service
- Accounting
- Recruiting
- Safety
- Employee Development
- Reporting
- Profit and Loss
ATM Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Daily tasks from each staff member on team is being done properly as expected
- Service reporting standards for customers and Shamrock leadership.
- Ensure proper updates and workflow of shipments through our Transportation Management Software
- Communication with Customers, Contractors, Employees to align expectations
- Managing issues and proactively solving delays, reschedules, HOS issues
- Maintain a liaison relationship between safety department and independent contractors
- Ensure Outcome of daily performance meets the goal (Revenue, Profit, and cost control)
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly and YTD report in P&L, Customers, Cost control, and on time
- Work with various recruiting departments and staff to ensure the fleet levels are in line with workload.
- Work in conjunction with field safety reps top ensure DOT and Hours of Service compliance.
- Run Weekly Calls with Leadership outlining revenue needs, customer issues, Safety issues, fleet issues, and terminal successes.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Intermodal: 2 years (Required)
- 6 Months-2 Years Experience required.
Ability to Relocate:
- Cranford, NJ 07016: Relocate before starting work (Required)
