Setting: Hospital - Cardiology and Anticoagulation
Annual Salary Range: $125,359.07 - $188.049.62
SHIFT DETAILS: Mon-Fri 8-4pm
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy with minimum of a BS in Pharmacy.
- NYS Pharmacist license and Current New York registration required.
- Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience
