We are a resourceful, solution-seeking, fast-paced and dynamic team that is currently seeking a File Clerk to join our firm.

Essential Duties:

• Scan and profile incoming mail daily into the correct files on the server.
• File physical mail into the corresponding case files.
• Order and organize medical records for cases.
• Assist with various projects and tasks as needed to support the firm's operations.
• Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in personal injury law is a plus but not required.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
