Job Title: Parts Clerk - Must be Bilingual Job Description The Parts Clerk handles a variety of tasks throughout the day, including managing inventory and ensuring parts are in stock. You must be proficient in using Excel for inventory management and bilingual.
Responsibilities - Manage inventory and ensure parts are stocked.
- Assist the General Manager with logging information into Excel.
- Keep inventory records up to date and order parts as needed.
- Perform cycle counts and data entry.
- Pick and prepare parts for distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems.
Essential Skills - Proficiency in using Excel for inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Bilingual (proficiency in more than one language).
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Capability to lift and move parts.
- Flexibility to work from 7 am to 6 pm, and possibly until 7 pm when needed.

Work Environment The work environment includes handling parts and inventory in a dynamic setting. You will be required to use computer systems and Excel, and the role involves standing for long periods. The work hours are from 7 am to 6 pm, with the possibility of extending to 7 pm when necessary.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
