Annual BonusThe Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Director to join our Spa team to achieve the company's objectives and create a memorable guest experience.Be a part of a Five Star Five Diamond luxury brandWork in a busy, fast-paced environmentExceptional health benefits package and 401(k) with company matchKey Accountabilities:Manages spa retail operations and personnel. Ensures retail operations adhere to business plan objectives. Reviews and approves purchase planners, pricing recommendations, and inventory tracking.Responsible for managing and ensuring cleanliness of spa facilities.
