3 Things that are Needed for this Job

3+ years of UI/UX experienceExperience with design tools like React, and familiarity with front-end developmentBachelor's in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or similar preferred3 Things You will be Doing in this Job

Partner with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of user needsDesign the front end of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)Collaborate with Team SHIELD (our top-class software engineering team) to make impactful launches of new features and upgrades to our ATS3 Things that You are GREAT at about this Job
